The One Trick I Learned To Maximize My Time!

"But, I don't have time."

While in Panama City, I wanted to meet up with so many people, and I did... which made me freaking exhausted. I was having breakfast with someone, running errands, coffee with someone else, working, then lunch with another person, working some more, then working out, then dinner with someone else.

Every day. For 10 days. It is fun and productive (don't get me wrong), but at that rate, I was going to have to be hospitalized for exhaustion like the celebs if I kept going. Ha!

So, when my roommate from college texted me to set up a dinner date for Friday night. I was like "nope, my only Friday plans were to stay home and work out." Then, I had an a-ha moment. "What if we go workout together?" I told her. So, the next morning at 6AM, we went jogging at Parque Omar (Panamanian Central Park... basically).

That's it! That's what I'm doing from now on. If I'm too busy, I'll try not to add unnecessary coffee or dinner dates to my day. Instead, we can do something in our to-do list together. Whether it is to go get a haircut, work out or go grocery shopping, we can go together and maximize our time.

So, don't be surprised if next time you hit me up for drinks, I tell you we can shop for eggs & chicken together instead... Cool?

In Panama, I also got the chance to meet Susan from Brooklyn Tropicali. We've been following each other on Instagram for quite some time, and we both happened to be in Panama at the same time!
